Shelley Maree
grew up in various places and properties throughout Victoria, training and competing long distance Endurance horses. She was shifted from pillar to post and exposed to Motorcycle Club life and Violence. Later, she moved around multiple States and travelled the Australian countryside.
Shelley has studied among various Educational Institutions, gaining Multiple Certifications and Qualifications in Fitness and Health, alternative Healing and spiritual energetic practises, Social and Community Services, Community Services work, with extensive Disability and Mental Health Training. She has worked among the field of the Tattoo Art Industry, managing business’s, Aged care, Disability and Mental Health sectors and is currently working on the ground level as a Disability and Mental Health worker, supporting clients in multiple areas, with living skills training, achieving their goals, their well-being and hands on care work!
Shelley currently lives in Canberra, Australia, enjoying Yoga, Body Balance, Daily Meditation Practise and Writing! Her Interests include creating all kinds of things and weekends away fishing!
Her plan is to offer further support in coaching others on their healing journeys and further her training and practise in Yin Yoga, promoting Health and Well-being after trauma and add Yin yoga workshops as an extension to her programs. The long term dream is to set up a Cabin style Retreat in a bush setting on a property of her own, offering weekend Wellness Retreats.
Shelley is not aligned with any one religion, but lives a contemporary [existing now] lifestyle. Shelley is an empowering force behind supporting personal and spiritual growth and healing through all of life’s experiences that changes how we perceive our inner and outer world.
